* This portal is only for seeking INFORMATION from Allahabad High Court/Subordinate Courts. There are separate portals for seeking INFORMATION from the departments/public authorities of Uttar Pradesh Government and Government of India. If filed, the application will be returned back without application fee.
* If the information sought is from the Allahabad High Court, Allahabad /Lucknow Bench/Subordinate Courts of Uttar Pradesh, then the applicant is advised to select the concerned Public Authority from the list of public authority.
This is a portal to file RTI APPLICATION/FIRST APPEAL online along with payment gateway. Fee payment can be made through Net Banking, debit card, credit card, UPI. Through this portal RTI APPLICATION/FIRST APPEAL can be filed by Indian Citizen only for the Hon'ble High Court, Allahabad, Lucknow Bench and District Courts of Uttar Pradesh

RTI ONLINE Application will not be transferred online under Section 6(3) of the RTI Act to such Public Authority where RTI ONLINE facility is not Live (Available).
